1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between fa111 and any person ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the fa111 online gaming platform, including all products, services, promotions, and communications made available through the domain fa111.vip and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.

fa111 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for the Bangladesh market, offering live casino games, sports betting (with a strong focus on cricket, including BPL and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), slot titles, poker, and related gaming services. All services are provided in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the fa111 platform, you confirm that:

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific product rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms published on the platform, the specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that product or promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on fa111, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts).
• You have not previously had an fa111 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of fa111 or its technology and gaming partners.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Age Verification Process

fa111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to preventing underage gambling and financial fraud. During or after registration, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) player account on the fa111 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained within them.

Registration Requirements

When registering for an fa111 account, you must provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 or above).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered detail changes (for example, your mobile number or email address), you must update your account settings or contact support at [email protected] as soon as possible. fa111 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fa111 staff will never ask for your password through any channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly notified fa111 of a security breach.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings page.
• Notify the fa111 support team at [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT — Security Breach".
• Provide any information reasonably requested by fa111 to assist with the investigation.

fa111 reserves the right to freeze your account as a precautionary measure while any security investigation is ongoing. Account freezes for this purpose are not punitive and are designed to protect your funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fa111 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any bonus-related transfers — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. fa111 does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges arising from the use of international payment instruments are the responsibility of the player.

• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval, subject to verification checks.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform policy.
• fa111 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must be fully wagered in accordance with applicable bonus terms before they can be withdrawn as real money.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fa111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the specific terms of that promotion state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used when real-money balance reaches zero.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, at which point the resulting balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must place total wagers equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be requested.

Welcome Bonus

New players at fa111 are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once only; subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after it is credited to your account; any unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Abuse and Manipulation

fa111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or permanently close the associated account — where there is reasonable evidence that bonus offers have been abused, exploited, or manipulated. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinated play between multiple accounts, use of automated software, and participation in strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers with no genuine intent to play for entertainment.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games made available on the fa111 platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each studio is responsible for the operation, fairness certification, and regulatory compliance of its own games. fa111 does not develop or directly operate any games; it provides access to game content through licensed integration arrangements with these studios.

Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the fa111 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Disputed Results

In the event that you believe a game result or sports betting outcome has been recorded incorrectly in your account, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the disputed event by contacting [email protected] with full details including the game name, date and time of play, and the outcome you believe to be incorrect. fa111 will investigate all valid disputes and provide a response within 5 business days. During a dispute investigation, the disputed funds may be placed on hold. The decision of fa111's dispute resolution team is final in all matters relating to game results.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fa111 platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one fa111 account in your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Underage Play: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or derive an advantage over other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive games.
• Money Laundering: Using the fa111 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity of any kind.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit rather than participate in good-faith gaming for entertainment.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider for deposits made to your fa111 account without first raising the matter with fa111 support.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at fa111 staff or other players through any channel.
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the fa111 platform, or to circumvent any security or authentication systems.

Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any activity by another player that you believe constitutes a violation of these Terms — including suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or identity fraud — you are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. All such reports will be treated confidentially and investigated in accordance with fa111's internal compliance procedures.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure at Your Request

You may close your fa111 account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting permanent account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming without permanently closing their account may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Closure by fa111

fa111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• fa111 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy applies).

Where an account is closed by fa111 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. fa111 will provide written notice of account closure where it is safe and appropriate to do so, along with a summary of the reason for closure. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the closure notice.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fa111 will notify you by email at the address registered on your account before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account. Players in Bangladesh who believe they may have a dormant account are encouraged to log in and verify their account details to reactivate it.
